OUR STORY
Noah Ralph founded AdaptiBuild in 2020 to build an independent local company, do the work properly and genuinely help people protect their properties.
Today, AdaptiBuild serves homeowners, builders and restoration partners across the East Kootenay. Complete shingle replacements are our core work, supported by skilled roof repairs, siding, storm restoration and full exterior services.
Customers choose us for honest guidance and the people who arrive at their home: a clean, sober, friendly and respectful crew that takes cleanup seriously.
OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Chief Executive Officer
Noah founded AdaptiBuild in 2020 with the goal of doing exterior construction properly and treating customers honestly. He leads the company’s overall direction while remaining closely involved in estimating, project planning and quality standards.
Chief Operating Officer
Aimee oversees AdaptiBuild’s day-to-day operations and helps keep projects, scheduling and customer communication organized from the initial quote through completion.
Foreman
Hyde leads the crew in the field, coordinating daily work while maintaining AdaptiBuild’s standards for workmanship, safety, respectful service and job-site cleanup.
